The Vineyard

Following the death of Clemente Guasti, it is his two sons Andrea and Alessandro who keep the traditions of quality and innovation alive at Guasti.

The Vinification

Traditional winemaking. Maceration temperature controlled with regular pumping. Contact with the skin for approximately 10 days to obtain optimal extraction of colors, flavors and tannins. A second malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aging for 24 months in small barrels and 10 months more in the bottle.

Tasting Notes

Intense ruby red; on the palate the wine is ample, dry and harmonious. Smoky notes, well balanced, spicy, persistent. Wine of good structure supporting aging well
