The Vineyard

Following the death of Clemente Guasti, it is his two sons Andrea and Alessandro who keep the traditions of quality and innovation alive at Guasti.

The Vinification

Destemming of fresh grapes. Maceration of the skins until hatching (start of fermentation) Normal fermentation of the must continues in vats at a controlled temperature. Selected yeasts.

Tasting Notes

Straw yellow color with greenish reflections. Intense fragrance, aromatic, with notes of apple and pear. Full and elegant, pleasantly bitter. White wine with good longevity.

Food & Wine Pairing

Dishes with freshwater fish, shellfish and white meats; excellent as an aperitif. Optimal serving temperature 10 to 12 °C.
