The Vineyard

Following the death of Clemente Guasti, it is his two sons Andrea and Alessandro who keep the traditions of quality and innovation alive at Guasti.

The Vinification

Aged for 30 months in casks then in small French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Garnet red with orange highlights. Broad and intense ethereal fragrance, reminiscent of roses and violets of great harmony. Strong flavour, dry, warm and harmonious.

Food & Wine Pairing

Roasts, game, mature cheeses, excellent at the end of a meal. Optimal serving temperature: 18 to 20 °C.
