The Vineyard

This beautiful vineyard and the attachment to the original style of this terroir give the wines a beautiful substance and a beautiful complexity. The wine production combines traditional knowledge with the most modern winemaking techniques. The tireless passion that is evident in every stage of production is reflected in the strength of character of the wines, which are anything but common.

The Vinification

Fermented in stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts at low temperatures to preserve freshness and fragrance. After aging for several months, the wine is fermented on raisin skins that were previously used to make Amarone. The end result is a wine of structure and complexity.

Tasting Notes

This Ripasso is a medium-bodied wine with lots of ripe, dry red fruit flavors accented by spice and floral notes. The wine is rich and textured on the palate thanks to the Ripasso method. Something unique and simple is created as extraordinary as nature itself.

Food & Wine Pairing

With its rich texture and ripe fruit flavors, this Ripasso pairs well with a wide range of foods. It is excellent with aged cow's milk cheese at the end of a meal, or with mushroom risotto and beef ravioli. Grilled red meats, poultry and game are equally delicious pairings.
